How do you use the Dr. Lhotka Vienna Organics Dental Oil?
It is essential to apply the dental oil after brushing your teeth or after rinsing.
The best dental oil results are achieved by distributing the oil into the interdental spaces using dental floss or interdental brushes, or by applying a few drops directly with a clean, moistened toothbrush thoroughly onto the teeth and gums. The product works best if you do not eat or drink anything after application.
The oil can also be used with the oil-pulling technique, but since it contains highly concentrated active ingredients, it is sufficient to apply just a few drops directly to the gums. The important thing is: Apply the product to cleanly brushed interdental spaces!
Here are the detailed instructions for use:
Preparation:
Clean your teeth and oral cavity with toothpaste and mouthwash. Rinse thoroughly. Ideally, you should also use dental floss.
Application Summary:
- Apply a few drops to your cleaned interdental spaces.
- We recommend application twice daily, but at least in the evening.
- Ideally, do not eat or drink anything for 20 minutes.
Detailed Application Instructions:
The Dr. Lhotka Vienna Organics Dental Oil is a concentrate, which means only a few drops are necessary. It is important that it is applied directly to the cleaned interdental spaces and that you do not eat or drink after application.
With Interdental BrushesPlace a few drops of the highly concentrated oil into a shallow dish. Dip the interdental brush in and clean the interdental spaces with it.
With Dental FlossDip clean dental floss into the dental oil and pull the floss through the interdental spaces.
With a Toothbrush
If you have neither interdental brushes nor dental floss, place a few drops of the dental oil directly onto a clean toothbrush and gently rub it onto the gums in the direction of the tooth.
IMPORTANT!!
After application, do not rinse, so that the full effect can unfold!
